		Bend in the Woods offers a unique living option for people age 55 and older. Staffed by state-certified case managers, Bend in the Woods offers 48 one-bedroom apartments where individuals and couples may remain independent while receiving services they may need to add to their quality of life. Designed to serve as a bridge between completely independent living and nursing home care, Bend in the Woods is the only affordable assisted living development in the Midwest. Funded in part by IRS Section 42 Low Income Tax Credits, income restrictions do apply.
