For nearly a decade, Area Five worked on the creation of one of the first new subdivisions in the City of Logansport. In the process, an old dumping ground was transformed into a beautiful neighborhood with a mixture of rental and owner-occupied homes. The 11 new homes include young families, single parent families, and senior citizens, a combination that makes this neighborhood a warm and friendly place to be.
