Individuals and families enjoy the amenities of living in the 64 two- and three-bedroom townhouses of Chase Crossing. Four units are completely handicap accessible. The centerpiece of this community is the century-old Chase barn, a community center for the residents to enjoy. Residents must meet eligibility criteria due to the IRS Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credits, which helped to fund the project.
