Hilltop Farms, a 48 unit apartment complex, opened in 2000. These apartments offer Miami County residents an affordable and quality rental housing option. The success of the project was so tremendous that the management company and Miami County residents asked Area Five to consider expanding it. An additional 48 apartments,which are currently under construction, will mirror the unique look of the original apartments and are being built on an adjacent site.
