Development Home Hilltop Farms Bend in the Woods Estates Chase Crossing Apartments Fellowship Apartments Kechel Tower Central Avenue	Kechel Tower 400 North Street Logansport, IN 46947
		Area Five consulted with Four County Counseling Center in the development of the Kechel Tower. This project converted the century old Masonic Temple into 23 apartments. Each unit is leased to an individual with mental or emotional illnesses. Funding for this project included Rental Housing Tax Credits, along with Affordable Housing Program funds from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis.
