Healthy Families Program Manager

Area Five Agency has an opening for a full-time Healthy Families Program Manager in the Logansport office. This position directs the activities of the Healthy Families program to ensure program compliance by maintaining records; conducting monthly supervisor meetings, program orientation and trainings; carrying a caseload and conducting home visits; assigning work and acting as a community liaison.

Job requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, a minimum of five years supervisory experience, and a minimum of one year of experience in an early childhood setting.  Must have a reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain vehicle insurance coverage. Must have a home or cellular telephone.
