The WIC Program helps families start strong and stay that way. Checks are given for free nutritional foods from your local grocery store. To be eligible, you must live in Indiana and meet income guidelines.

Those who could qualify include pregnant women, new moms (up to six months after delivery), breastfeeding moms (up to one year after delivery), infants, and children under the age of five.

To apply, please call for an appointment. Proof of ID, address and income are required.
