Long-Term Care Ombudsman

Your advocate for quality long-term care

Ombudsman means citizen representative. Our Ombudsman serves as an advocate for our client and identifies complaints, conflicts or concerns, addresses and investigates those issues and works toward resolutions.

Our Ombudsman Program provides advocacy to all consumers of long-term care facilities. The local Ombudsman, Dana Neer, assists residents by giving them a voice in government and working to ensure they receive the quality of care and protection of rights to which they are entitled.

The Ombudsman also works with individuals and their families to answer questions, provide referrals, and coordinate care from the Indiana State Department of Health, Physicians, Law Enforcement and Social Services.
